Yes. Landscaping and the general condition of the site are required to be maintained in accordance with the City approved site plan. This includes, but is not limited to, maintenance of:
  • The parking lot, restripe / resealing / resurfacing / street signs;
  • Replacement of dead / dying landscaping;
  • Repair of the irrigation system;
  • Keeping the property free of refuse and debris;
  • Repair of any dumpster enclosures and;
  • Maintenance of the grass and edging.
