1. How do I apply for a Business Tax Receipt?: Refer to our New Business Owner Guide webpage to ensure you’ve completed all steps necessary to apply. Next, complete a Business Tax Receipt application through the Customer Self-Service Portal.

2. How do I request a public record or a lien verification search?: Please call (407) 571-8117 to submit your records request. Lien Search Request Forms can be submitted through the Citizen Self Service Portal.
