Weddings
Cranes Roost Park is the perfect outdoor venue for your big day. The park’s plaza makes for an excellent location, with beautiful landscaping and speakers located throughout the area. There is room to seat up to 750 guests. The rented section of the park being used is blocked off to pedestrian traffic.
Pricing
There is a three-hour minimum for weddings. The price is $600 plus tax and a $50 application fee. The three-hour window includes set up, ceremony, pictures and breakdown. Additional time can be added at $200 per hour. There are no refunds for any reason.
Vendors & Resources
The rental fee includes use of the park's sound system with a hand-held wireless microphone and stand. Additional resources such as decorations, music, chairs, tables, tents, catering, etc. must be rented from outside vendors.
Receptions
Receptions are held in Cranes Roost Park. Applicable fees apply and all catering and other services must be properly insured and permitted.
The park’s floating stage can be used as a reception venue. The stage sits 100 people comfortably, with room for a small dance floor, bar and buffet food table.
Tents are permitted. Additional fees or permits may be required.
Weather
Cranes Roost Park is a rain or shine facility. It is recommended you have an alternate plan in case of inclement weather. Refunds are not issued for any reason, including weather-related cancellations.
