The City of Altamonte Springs prized venue Cranes Roost Park at Uptown Altamonte provides a beautiful setting for your special event. This magnificently landscaped park offers a variety of wonderful settings that are all pleasing to the eye and provide a fantastic backdrop for any event including concerts, weddings, festivals and fund raising walkathons.

Application Process

To inquire about booking Cranes Roost Park for your event or occasion, please fill out the rental inquiry form and a member of our team will contact you.

Cranes Roost Park Rental Inquiry Form

Once an event date and time have been agreed upon by the applicant and the City, you will be sent an rental application packet. The application is subject to review and approval by the City. If approved, a cost estimate will be provided. All fees are subject to change with any change in information from the original event application. 

Note: Submittal of an event application does not guarantee approval. 

Unavailable Dates

Cranes Roost Park is not available for rental on select dates, which include:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day Weekend
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day Weekend
  • Thanksgiving Day Through the Sunday Following the Holiday
  • Month of December
