Animal Encounter & Nature Walk

Park Ranger Tour

Lake Lotus Park is offering interactive animal encounters and nature walks. Participants can interact with a variety of different animals while Park Rangers lead an interpretive walk through existing trails, ending in the park. On the walk, guests will learn about the wide variety of flora and fauna found throughout the park and how human impact is changing our local ecosystems. Open to ages 10 and up. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Time: 10 - 11:30 a.m.

The walk is approximately 1 mile long. Guests are encouraged to wear comfortable shoes and bring sunscreen, bug spray and water.

  • Red Rat (Corn) Snake
  • Bearded Dragon
  • Taxidermy Animals
