Former Altamonte Springs City Manager Phil Penland was known for his legacy of innovation and his many charitable works. If you would like to continue his legacy of helping others, you can make a donation in Phil’s name to cover the participation fees of boys and girls who otherwise might not be able to afford to play in our youth sports programs.
