Day Programs - "The Clubhouse"
Campers

The Clubhouse is a time when friends come together to experience adventures and create memories through participation in crafts, games, guest speakers, field trips and more! Participants will need to bring their own lunch.

The Clubhouse – Winter
The winter clubhouse is held on Wednesdays for eight weeks in January and February at Eastmonte Park from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Wednesday | January 25
Theme: Country Western Day
Snack: Pudding or Fruit Cup
Time  Activity
9 - 10 a.m. Scrapbooks and Welcome
10 a.m. - 12 p.m. Activity Rotations at Eastmonte 
Karaoke, Martial Arts with Kimber Hill-Tyree, Horses from Circle H Ranch, Western crafts 
12 - 1 p.m. Lunch in auditorium and walk/talk
1 - 3 p.m. Guest Visit: Feeding Children Everywhere**
Food packing event
3 - 4 p.m. Snacks & Free Time 

Wednesday | February 1
Theme: Silly Sock Day
Snack Option: Cheez-It or PB Crackers
 Time Activity
 9 - 10 a.m.  Scrapbooks and Welcome
10 - 11:30 a.m.  Painting with Summer/Robots with Sean 
11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.  Lunch in auditorium and walk/talk
12:30 - 1:30 p.m. Guest Visit: CFCA with instruments
Guest Visit: Chance to Dance 
1:30 - 3:30 p.m. Valentines Extravaganza 
3:30 - 4 p.m. Snacks and free time
Alternate schedule for Female Teams  
10 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Field Trip to Old Spanish Sugar Mill 
Pink Team at 11 a.m. | Purple Team at 12:15 p.m.

Wednesday | February 8
Theme: Wacky-Tacky Neck Tie Day
Snack Option: Cheez-It or PB Crackers

10 - 11:30 a.m.  Painting with Summer/Robots with Sean 
11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.  Lunch in auditorium and walk/talk

NOTE:
  • T-shirts are required on field trip days.
  • **Feeding Children Everywhere: We are packaging thousands of meals for hungry children around the world as a way to learn about giving back to our community. Teams will collect money until the end of the day on January 18 to contribute to the cost of meals. (25 cents = 1 meal)
  • Lunch on February 22 is provided for all participants/caretakers/counselors for free. Menu is TBA based on donations.

SIGN IN/OUT:
  • Participants are required to be signed in and out of program by their parent, guardian, companion, ride, etc. (Unless participant is independently arriving to/from events.)
  • Sign in/out is conducted in lobby of Civic Center. Individuals authorized to pick up participant must present ID.

TIME:
  • Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Due to scheduling conflicts, there is NO early drop off or late pick up.
  • Notify us if you are dropping off late or picking up early, to make sure it does not conflict with our scheduled events.
  • Traveling with Access Lynx? We suggest you schedule your ride with the following windows. Drop off: 9 - 9:30 a.m. Pick up: 3:30 to 4 p.m.
  • If for any reason the participant is no longer able to attend the program, please let us know so we can offer their spot to a participant on our waiting list.

The Clubhouse – Summer
The summer session is held on Wednesdays for eight weeks in June and July at Eastmonte Park from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

The Clubhouse – Christmas Craft
Join us as we create holiday themed crafts, presents, cookies, sing carols and more. The Christmas craft clubhouse is held on a Tuesday and Thursday in December at Eastmonte Park.

S.T.O.P. Trips (Saturday Time Out for Parents)
Trips are held one Saturday a month. The day will include an entertaining or educational field trip and lunch. Drop off and pick up is at Eastmonte Park. Cost is $3 per participant. Feel free to send souvenir money for trips. Please call or email to reserve your spot.
