Protect Your Information
Help us in helping you keep your personal information safe. Please do not send emails with your account number, checking account information, or other personal information to the webmaster. If you have questions regarding your utility bill, please call (407) 571-8044. Thank you for your cooperation.


Monthly Billing

Utility bills are mailed or emailed out  on a monthly basis. Bills are due and payable upon receipt. Any bill which remains unpaid 28 days after the billing date is subject to a 10% penalty. Customers who have bills which are unpaid 35 days after the billing date are subject to having services discontinued and/or disconnected. In such cases, service will not be renewed until all bills are paid together with a $25 reconnection charge and are subject to additional deposit requirements.

E-Bill
Sign up to receive your utilty bills via email.  Once you receive your first bill in the mail, you will be eligible to sign up for E-Bill.  


Payment Options
For your convenience, the city offers several options for payments including bank drafting, recurring payments via credit card, online payments via credit card, as well as payments via the cashier at City Hall during business hours or via our 24-hour payment drop box at City Hall.

Bank drafting can be set up at initiation of service or by completing the Easy Pay Form and faxing to 407-571-8046. Recurring payments or online payments are also setup at Utility Billing Online. Payments can also be made in person at City Hall or by phone with a Visa or MasterCard. To pay by phone, call (407) 571-8044.

Online Account Access
The city’s website provides customers with real-time access to up-to-date account information over the internet 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Through this secure site, customers can view billing history, payment activity, service and consumption summaries, as well as make payments. Your account number, personal identification number (PIN) and an active e-mail address are all you need to access your information. Visit Utility Billing Online to register.
