Located in the heart of the Central Business District, the 18 story, SuperChannel 55 tower will be the tallest building north of downtown Orlando. With a prime location at the intersection of Interstate-4 and Central Parkway, this office tower will transform the Altamonte Springs skyline. The developers of the 300,000 square foot building report that the building is now under construction and has reached the 14th floor.
