The City of Altamonte Springs has created a Fee Incentive Program for development projects in the Central Business District. Eligible commercial projects can save nearly half a million dollars, while all qualified projects can enjoy reductions of:
- 100% off Building Inspection Fees & Plan Review Fees
- 100% off Transportation Fees
- 100% off DRI Planning Fees
- 50% off Sewer & Water Connection Fees & Wastewater Treatment Facility Charge
Projects must meet the following land uses and size requirements to qualify for the fee reductions:
- Commercial: 100,000 square feet
- Office: 100,000 square feet
- Restaurant: 8,000 square feet
- Mixed Use: 150,000 square feet
