Low Voltage Wiring improvement phase IV was completed in 2010 at the Water Reclamation Facility. The new wiring provides improved flexibility and reliability for control of equipment, enhances the security systems, and provides sufficient spare conduit for future use.
The Water Reclamation Facility aeration tanks were cleaned of sand and grit that accumulates. This projected was completed in early 2010 and ensures continued maximized and reliable performance of the facility.
The Water Reclamation Facility generator building was improved during 2006 to provide for temperature and humidity control for the high voltage electrical equipment.
The Preventative Maintenance Program includes ongoing inspection and refurbishing of equipment such as pumps and motors.
Improvements to electronic monitoring and control of the facilities occur routinely to provide for more consistent and reliable operation of the equipment.
