Mission Statement

Spend time with our customers to learn what they do, what they need and what their expectations are. In doing so, we can provide innovative information management solution that supports the residents, employees, business strategies and financial objectives of the City of Altamonte Springs.

 Vision

The Information Services Department will become the central location for all departments to obtain information on technology related issues from a trained and well educated staff so they can perform their functions efficiently. We will enhance and improve communication throughout the City, making information flow fast, accurate, and without failure. The department will grow and our staff will be better educated enabling them to provide answers and ensuring the City network is constant with no fear of loss of data or services. Through project management and cost efficiency we will lead the way in new effective services for the City. We will be there for advice, we will provide the best customer service, and we will lead by example continually striving and achieving the very best to become an essential segment of the City's future.
