THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE
The Altamonte Springs Land Development Code may be reviewed at the City Hall offices of the Growth Management Department. Published Codes and Supplements are available on-line for reading and printing at the Municipal Code Corporation web site (www.municode.com), where they may also be purchased.
When using printed versions of the Land Development Code, users should verify the Supplement number is current. For both printed and on-line versions of the Code, users should confirm whether there have been any adopted revisions with publication pending. Ordinances with publication pending are listed below with links to the document, and are also available at the Growth Management Department and City Clerk Department.
Information about the Land Development Code and links to Municipal Code Corporation are provided as a convenience to the citizens and customers of the City of Altamonte Springs. However, users of this web site are advised to refer to the printed version of the Land Development Code as well as any supplemental land development ordinances adopted by the City Commission as the official record of the Code. Users are also strongly encouraged to confer with Growth Management Department staff regarding the applicability of specific Code provisions.
