Guide Homepage for the development review and
permitting process. City staff is committed
to providing service to our customers in a
friendly, effective, and efficient manner.
The primary City departments involved in

Contacting
the City:
General development-related inquires may be
directed to the Growth Management Department
at 407.571.8150 x8159. The Growth Management
Department coordinates the Development
Review Committee agenda and development plan
distribution, and should be the applicant's
initial point of contact. Building
permit-related questions should be directed
to the Building/Fire Safety Division at 407.571.8435.
Developer's Guide:
The Developer's Guide contains electronic
versions of many documents needed by the
development community. Most of the documents
are formatted for Adobe Acrobat. Application forms that are not
included in this guide may be obtained from
Growth Management.
The Developer's
Guide was created by the Growth Management
Department with input from the affected departments.
