The City Clerk Department, maintains all documents of official record, including minutes of all City Commission Meetings, Code Enforcement Board minutes, Ordinances and Resolutions, Developers Agreements, contracts and others. A complete record of all City Codes may also be reviewed in the Clerk's office or viewed on the Municipal Code Corporation web site.
All record maintenance for the City is coordinated through this office, and are open for public viewing after proper notice of need.
Florida State Statutes are also available for review in the City Clerk's Office or on the internet at http://www.leg.state.fl.us/statutes
