Please Note: The COPS Center is currently undergoing renovations and has been temporarily relocated to the upper level of the Mall at the Macy's entrance.  Officers will be available in the office, however, fingerprinting and notary services have been moved to the main police department at 175 Newburyport Avenue.  The hours are Monday - Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

The Altamonte Springs Police Department's Community-Oriented Police Services (COPS) Center is located in the Altamonte Mall on the lower level between JC Penney and Macy's.  The COPS Center is staffed by police officers and/or police volunteers Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM.  The following services are available: ( cash and checks only - no debit or credit cards accepted)

Ink Fingerprinting - $5.00 per card for residents of Altamonte Springs. $10.00 per card for non-residents. For more information call 407-571-8463.

Electronic Fingerprinting - is available for Concealed Weapons Permits or Name Changes.  Fee schedule is $10.00 for City of Altamonte Springs residents, and $15.00 for non-residents.

Notary Services - Notary services are $2.00 per stamp for residents of Altamonte Springs, $5.00 per stamp for non-residents.  For more information call 407-571-8463.

Effective April 15, 2012, the FBI will no longer accept ink fingerprints. All fingerprints must be submitted via Electronic Fingerprinting.
