Halloween at Cranes Roost Park

Breadcrumbs

Halloween at Cranes Roost

Halloween at Cranes Roost is a community -oriented door to door trick-or-treat alternative for kids, sponsored by the City of Altamonte Springs.

This event is a police response to the question:  Where do you take the kids for a safe night of trick-or-treating in an outdoor setting?  Answer:  We provide a safer, more controlled environment than going door to door in a subdivision or apartment complex.

Haunted booths are set up around Cranes Roost Park.  Trick-or treaters flow freely in either direction around the lake stopping at booths of choice for a treat.  Booths are staffed and decorated by businesses or organizations who supply candy or Halloween trinkets, along with costumed employees to hand out the goodies.

We are pleased to present this event on Wednesday October 31, 2012

Cranes Roost is located in Altamonte Springs, between Central Parkway and Cranes Roost Blvd.  The park is in the City’s Uptown Altamonte area, northwest of the Altamonte Mall.

For information on the event or to sponsor a booth contact PFC Denise Dalton 407- 571-8293 or dldalton@altamonte.org
