Future landscape projects for the Urban Beautification Department include:
Landscaping of the new West Altamonte Building

City-owned passive parks include:

Hermit’s Trail Park -  located at the intersection of State Road 436 and Hermit’s Trail.

Main and Turnbull Park - south of State Road 436 off Maitland Avenue, the park is located at the corner of Main Street and Turnbull Ave.

Sunshine Park - south of State Road 436 off Maitland Avenue to Oranole Road (West) to Oakland Road (North).  Park is at the corner of Oakland Road and Newport Avenue.

Eastmonte Park - located off of 436 and Ronald Reagan Blvd., 830 Magnolia Drive, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701.

Westmonte Park - located off of 436 and Spring Oaks Blvd., 624 Bills Lane, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714.

Merrill Park - located off of 434 and Jamestown Blvd., 985 Merrill Park Drive, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714.
